Just a thought

Now I'm wondering abt the issues that you will face in your workplace. You are supposed to work with ppl and there's only a slight room for individualism. Companies had realised this and spent money in courses to brush up their workers' communication skills and teamwork. As such, universary had realised this and had incorporated such modules into our core modules. If that's case, they should know that exams do not reflect a person's ability in the workplace but instead group work shd be implemented for all modules. What matters most is the ingenious outcome u get rather than the usual outcome. Just a thought.
